PurpleRose128 I wanted to do something to remind you how much I love you because you are very special and very important to me, and goodness knows I can be a handful to deal with, but somehow you do it. ;;3;;
You told me months ago that you loved the mental image of Arima picking Akoya up in his arms and spinning around with him, so here they are~ *throws confetti*
My first thought was Arima picking Akoya up princess style (how fitting for our knight and his princess), but my ability to art is limited and I ended up doing it this way instead, which I think (and hope you’ll agree) is just as cute because it seems very spur of the moment. ^^
Thank you so much for being my friend, and for caring about me, and for agreeing to work with me on For Love and War, and for being a silver lining in my life, and for so many things. And it’s all thanks to these ridiculous magical boys that we got to be a part of each other’s lives. Words alone can’t express how grateful I am for that, so enjoy these Conquest children being cute. <3
And as a bonus, I was listening to this song as I was working on this and it gave me a lot of feelings about them.

I would have had this done a lot sooner, but I couldn’t decide what outfits to draw them wearing. Aaah, I’m sorry I ended up subtly asking you to choose the, but I also wanted to draw something you liked for these two, since Play Our Little Game was part of the inspiration for this (and that was how we met). ^^’ I would have reread it to look for the outfit descriptions you already had, but limited internet access mostly prevented me from getting there. I ended up picking these outfits from the bunch you sent me because they looked really cute together. >w<
Also, for some reason, Akoya’s hair gave me trouble this time and that took forever for me to sort out. I eventually had to stop touching the sketch and just color it because I kept ruining it the more I futzed with it. But anyway, I hope they look cute and happy enough because I slipped quite a few references in here that should at least make you smile <3
